About PeptideGuide
Why this site exists, how we write it, and what we will never do.
Why this site exists
Most people first hear about peptides from short videos, forums and online sellers. Many of those sources have something to sell, and few of them link to the studies behind their claims.
PeptideGuide exists to close that gap. For each compound, we explain what it is, what the research actually shows, what the risks are, and what regulators have said. We also teach you how to spot sellers who are not telling you the truth.
How we write each page
- Every compound page uses the same template, so you can compare them side by side.
- Every factual claim links to a published source, such as PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov or FDA. You can check every one.
- Animal studies and human studies are always kept separate. A result in rats is never presented as a result in people.
- Each compound gets an evidence label based on the best study that exists: lab only, mostly animal, limited human, or human trials.
- When evidence is weak or missing, we say so plainly.
- Each page shows the date it was last reviewed. Regulatory status can change, so we recheck it.
What we never do
- We do not sell anything.
- We do not use affiliate links, discount codes or sponsored posts.
- We do not recommend, rank or link to any seller.
- We do not give dosing instructions or tell anyone to use any compound.
Who runs PeptideGuide
PeptideGuide is run by its founder, who has a background in data analytics. We are not doctors, and our pages are not reviewed by a physician. That is exactly why we link every claim to its source, so you never have to take our word for it.
We use software tools, including AI tools, to help find and summarize published research. A person checks the sources, and every source is linked so you can read it yourself.
How the site is paid for
The site is paid for by its founder. In the future we may offer an optional paid newsletter. We will never take money from sellers of the compounds we write about.
Corrections
If you find an error or a newer study, please tell us. We correct pages quickly and update the review date when we do.
